Dubailand has emerged as the most popular neighborhood in Dubai, which outlined neighborhoods with the highest influx of new residents. Dubailand, a large area located just off Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road. The most common community to move to within Dubailand is the Mira community, followed by Remraam, Mudon and The Villas.
