Downtown Jumeira is a comprehensive multi-building development by Dubai Holding taking place in the Al Sufouh neighborhood of Dubai. The center piece will be Burj Jumeira, a super-tall skyscraper which will landmark the area.

This will be a pedestrian friendly mixed-use urban quarter, home to both residential and commercial towers and hotels, as well as shops, cafes and restaurants. A covered pathway will connect the entire development to Sharaf DG Metro Station in one direction and to Burj Jumeira in the other. Neighbourhood parks, open spaces and shaded streets will be key characteristics of the development.
